Glen PalmerDirector, Business Development Manager, part time coffee wench The inimitable Mr Palmer, as well as being a weekend warrior blues muso, sailor, surfer, would be philanthropist, and bringer of world peace, founded the company in 1998 after a 4 year stint as a record company exec in Sydney and a tilt at the boating industry in the Gold Coast. With more than 17 years media replication under his belt and a raft of accounting and business experience, Glen has fostered a culture of no holds barred customer service and rock solid business ethics. And by all reports, makes a mean cup of coffee! |

Gary ValkaPartner, business guru and producer of ambiguous noises Taking a half share in the company in 2009, Gary brought an unshakeably ethical business model to DMA's already excellent reputation. From a construction background initially, Gary has been variously a futures trader, an owner of backpackers resorts, a missionary in PNG and entrepreneur. His Yoda-like wisdom (and some would say appearance!) has steered DMA through a GFC to make us a stronger and more efficient company. He also makes a mean cup of coffee...but not as good as Glen... |

Christian ValkaProduction Manager and procurer of Friday afternoon beer Apart from being a first class cameraman and video editor, Christian has the attention to detail and organisational skills that keeps our clients coming back and the engine room of our production department running. A self confirmed ski bum and multi jump sky diver, "Cush" is our go to man on the ground and can be found covered in ink grappling with robotic machinery most afternoons. Christian's coffee is not good... |

Wini BeanlandAccounts Chick and reluctant dishpig Administrative genius and kicker of butts, Wini rounds out the DMA team. Wini combines her permaculture principles and mud house building skills, with her sharp business acumen to keep us all grounded. As a former business owner and administrator for many companies prior to us, she brings a wealth of admin talents...but she won't do the dishes...! Wini is a tea drinker...enough said |
